You can also get in touch with us by email to ask for a quotation including delivery fees for another country.
WHAT DELIVERY MODES AND DELAYS ?
The delivery modes vary according to 3 zones,
Zone 1 : France, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, Italy, USA, Canada.
Zone 2 : French Polynesia, Martinique, Réunion, Guadeloupe, Madagascar.
Zone 3 : Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan.

The delivery time for air delivery is 21 days approximately after the departure of the goods from our warehouse and approximately 45 days for boat cargaison (70 days for French Polynesia).

CAN I FOLLOW MY ORDER?
You will receive immediately tracking number for your package by E-mail after your order has been sent . You can track your order after on the website of the Thailand Post (English page), only by entering your code to get the status of your order.
IF I AM ON VACATION IN BANGKOK, CAN YOU DELIVER CUSHIONS TO MY HOTEL?
It is possible to deliver cushions to your hotel during your stay in Bangkok, we invite you to consult the conditions in the section "Delivery to your hotel".
