⚠️ Weight Restrictions for Certain Countries
For countries marked with an asterisk (*), a maximum weight limit of 2 kg per order applies: Hungary, Luxembourg, Romania, South Korea, Tunisia and USA.
As a result, we are unable to ship bulky products (Thai cushions, mattresses and Thai tatami mats) to these destinations.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
All our parcels are shipped by air via Thailand Post.
The estimated delivery time is 14 to 21 business days after the parcel has been dispatched.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, ranging from €2.90 (Germany) to €14.90 (Canada).
Free shipping is available for all orders over €50, in Germany, France and Great Britain.
Shipping is completely free for the following countries: South Korea, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and Vietnam.

Order Tracking
All our orders are shipped with a tracking number.
You can track your parcel on the Thailand Post website (compatible with Chrome, not compatible with Safari) or directly on the website of your local postal service.
Parcel Information – Thai Cushions
For shipping a Thai cushion, the parcel size is 59 cm long, 49 cm deep and 46 cm high, with an approximate weight of 6 kg, corresponding to one 3-fold Thai cushion.
If you order several Thai cushions, the products will be shipped in multiple parcels.
