We use Thai Post services to send parcels by air. The delivery time is 14 to 21 business days from the parcel's departure.
Delivery fees vary based on the destination and the weight of the package. Shipping is free for orders over €50.
A maximum weight limit of 2 kilograms per order applies to the following countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Guadeloupe, Reunion, Luxembourg, Martinique, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and Tunisia. For these countries, we are unable to ship bulky items such as cushions, mattresses, and Thai tatami mats.

All our orders are sent with a follow-up of the parcel. You can track the delivery of your package on the Thai Post website or directly on the website of your country's post office.
The size of the package for sending a cushion by Thai post is 59 cm long, 49 cm deep and 46 cm high which corresponds to 1 Thai cushion 3 parts, or about 6 kg. If you order several Thai cushions then you will receive several packages at your home.
