The applicable law regarding those conditions of sale is the Thai law.  

The general conditions of sales are accepted between : On the one side the company TP ONLINE SHOP 140 M.4 T.Sarai A.Chumphuang Nakhonratchasim 30270 THAILAND, authorization number : 3051553000185 called “TP ONLINE SHOP” and its website «coussinthailandais.com». And on the other side, the web users who would like to buy on the web site «coussinthailandais.com» which can be used on the following link : https://www.coussinthailandais.com/ and hereafter named “the customer”.  

The following conditions govern the sale of any product shown on the «coussinthailandais.com» website by the TP ONLINE SHOP company. The co-contracting parties agree that their relationships will be exclusively governed by the following contract, excluding any other condition.   Any order placed properly on the «coussinthailandais.com» website implies the complete acceptance without any reservation of the hereafter general conditions of sales, and possibly of the specific conditions to one or many products or orders.  

1. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT

1.1 The following conditions seek to define the parties’ obligation and the different steps of the order procedure.

2. PRODUCTS

2.1. The photos on the website are not contractual, the patterns and colors of the delivered products can slightly vary.

2.2. All handcrafted products may vary in design, color, size and weight.

3. IF A PLACED ORDER CONCERNS A PRODUCT WHICH BECAME OUT OF STOCK

3.1. The products visible on the website will be available until stocks are exhausted or are no longer made. As a result, the TP ONLINE SHOP company does not guarantee in any case the availability of products offered on the website during a given period. Any claim from clients about the order or the delivery of no longer available goods will be considered as clearly unfounded.

3.2. In case of a stock out, the TP ONLINE SHOP company will exchange the product or refund the customer of the amount of the product. In both cases, TP ONLINE SHOP will inform by email the customer who would have placed an order of a non longer available product.  

4. PRODUCT PRICING AND DELIVERY

4.1. Prices are presented in euros (€) and are displayed without including taxes. Customs duties and taxes are likely to be due. It is in the customer's responsibility to pay them and to obtain further information from the competent authorities on the duties and payable taxes.

4.2. Delivery is made with about 14 to 28 days by plane, after the departure of the goods from our warehouse, monitored by local post, notwithstanding any fortuitous event or force majeure that could delay the delivery independently of the will and diligence of the TP ONLINE SHOP company. The extension of an agreed period does not provide the buyer the right to cancel the order and / or to demand compensation for possible damage.

4.3. The order will be delivered at the address mentioned in the order form. In case of absence during the delivery of a large parcel, a transit advice note will be left in the letter-box, the customer will then be able to pick the parcel up at the closest post office with an identity card. Depending on the country, if an exceeded period is reached, the local post office no longer keeps the parcel and it will absolutely not be re-shipped to our warehouses but will be destroyed. The TP ONLINE SHOP will not be held responsible if the customer has not made every reasonable effort to retrieve the parcel within the deadline fixed by the local Post Office. All claims after that deadline will be automatically rejected.  

4.4. In case of parcel’s interception at the customs officer, the carrier must take responsibility to remove the blockage. TP ONLINE SHOP has no obligation toward this procedure. It is in the customer's responsibility to contact the local post office, to provide the tracking number of the parcel in question, in order to resolve the blockage and allow delivery to continue.

4.5. The TP ONLINE SHOP will not be held responsible if the customer has incorrectly indicated or spelled the delivery address. If the package cannot be delivered by the carrier, it will not be returned to our warehouses in Thailand but will be destroyed.

4.6. Any package reported as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer must be the subject of a claim by the customer to the carrier. TP ONLINE SHOP will provide the customer with all the documents necessary for this procedure in order to obtain compensation for the loss.

4.7. In case of receipt of a damaged package it is imperative to stipulate it in writing on the delivery note of the carrier at the time of receipt. A photo of the package before opening it will be requested as well as a photo of the damaged items.

5. PAYMENT

5.1. Once the payment has been received by the E-transactions system, it will be considered as an irrevocable contract between the parties.

5.2. The payment will be made in euros (€).

5.3. TP ONLINE SHOP company shall acknowledge receipt of the order as soon as it has been validated by an e-mail or any other means of communication.  

6. CANCELLATION OF ORDER AND RETURN OF GOODS

6.1. The order can be cancelled before its sending if the clients wish. The refund will be made via bank transfer at customer's charge.

6.2. The customer will be informed by an e mail including a tracking number as soon as the order will leave the warehouse. The customer won’t be able to cancel or ask for a refund as soon as the order is on its way.

6.3. Items ordered made to measure can't be exchanged or refunded.

6.4. After receipt of the order only for a defective product or a product not in conformity with the order the customer can ask to be reimbursed or for the product to be exchanged within 7 clear days of receipt of the reception date of one or many products and without penalty except from the return fees. The refund will take place upon restitution of the product and discovery of the defect.

6.5. The product return within this period must be accompanied with track number and the product (or the products) in the original packaging. Any damaged goods which would have been the subject of remarks or express reservations by the customer during delivery will be refused by the seller.  

7. PERSONAL INFORMATION

7.1. All information about our customers shall be treated as confidential business information. Our data will never be shared with a third party and will only be used to process your order.
