Usage tips: Moisten the compress with a little water, heat with steam until it is hot, or in the microwave for 3 minutes.
To optimize the therapeutic advantage, the steam method is highly recommended. Check the temperature of the compress before placing it on the skin. Place the compress on any area of the body that you desire. Press the compress and massage clockwise and you can also apply the compress by holding it on an area. Use the comprese until cool. After use, dry and place in a plastic bag and store in the refrigerator. The compress can be used 2 or 3 times. Unused compresses should be stored in a cool, dry location away from direct daylight.
