Meditation tatami foldable 60x60 cm

The Thai meditation tatami is covered with a solid and harmonious weaving of straw woven across the entire width of the tatami without any straw joints. It features a Thai fabric trim hand-stitched with double stitching.

The meditation tatami is designed to be used directly on the floor and on a hard surface. The position of the meditator is of utmost importance in many meditative practices. Being well-positioned allows the body to meditate effectively. Therefore, the meditation tatami is the ideal tool for your meditation and relaxation sessions. It is also very easy to transport thanks to its handle; it folds into two parts for easy storage.

Care: Dust with a dry cloth; do not wash stains with large amounts of water. For cleaning stains, using lemon water or vinegar is a good idea. Be sure to dry the tatami well after cleaning it. When not in use, store the tatami in a dry place away from moisture.

The straw grows on the high plateaus in northern Thailand. It has been recognized for centuries for its qualities of flexibility, durability, and lightness.

Each part features a zipper to allow for changing the polyethylene plates inside the tatami.
